	Lake Montag Lake Montag is located at 125 Mountainside Pkwy, Ellijay, GA 30536. Use of the surrounding property is free to all FW property owners in good standing and their guests. Lake amenities include: Catch & Release Fishing Two (2) Canoes located at the lake (first come, first serve) Pavilion with Picnic Tables & charcoal BBQ grills (Click here to Reserve) Fishing Dock Fire Pit with 8 Adirondack chairs **The Falling Waters Mountain Lodge is private property and is not included in the Falling Waters amenities.
	Campground Sites There are ten (10) campground sites and a pavilion available for reservation. Each Campground site is on its own tab in the calendar below. Reservations are on a first-come, first-serve basis for members of Falling Waters Residential Association in good standing. Guests must be accompanied by an immediate family member of the property owner. Click here to Reserve.
	Clear Creek Clear Creek runs through the Association. Catch and Release fishing is permitted.
	Walking Trails There are miles of walking trails around Lake Montag, along Clear Creek, and through the association campsites. The discharge of firearms and fireworks within the FW community is prohibited.

Falling Waters Amenities Overview
